Payment and Return Policy

Payment
Currently we accept only Bank transfers.

Card payments are noted instantly and goods will be shipped within 2 business days, however for bank payments we expect transfer confirmation from our bank statement. After which we ship the order as soon as possible.

Delivery time is usually 7 business days, depending on you location.

Returns
We accept returns because we understand that some products are not what you have expected however you are entitled to cancel and return orders under the following conditions:
(a) You notify us that you wish to return the product(s) within 7 working days of receiving your order.

(b) You ship the product(s) back to us within 3 working days of receiving a confirmation email with the return address.

(c) The returned product(s) is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition that would allow us to sell the product(s) again.

(d) You comply with the procedure set out in this policy concerning the return of the product(s).

Defected products
Even though all goods are tested and checked, sometimes the problem occurs after packaging. Regardless the fact, we provide free warranty and we change the faulty products with new one. We only require you to inform us about the problems, the moment you notice it.

Refunds:
• We will issue a refund for the price you paid to us regarding any product(s) returned adequately by you following this policy.

• We will not issue a refund for the original delivery charges or import/duty tax relating to the returned product(s).
• We will not issue a refund for any costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us unless they are faulty or sent in error.
• We will issue a refund via your original method of payment.
• We will apply a 20% restocking fee except for defective products.
• We aim to refund within 3 working days following the day we receive your returned product(s).
• If you return a product in contravention of this, we will not issue a refund for the purchase price or exchange the product(s).
